Project Summary: Keville Enterprises, Inc. provided complete construction management and inspection services as the Owner’s Representative in connection with the construction of the new 204,000 square foot, $30 million High School for the Town of Medway, MA.

During the design phase, our scope of services included estimating, scheduling, constructability and claims avoidance reviews, MGL c. 149 filed sub-bid reviews, assistance with the drafting of terms and conditions, assistance with development of bid alternates, and analysis of filed sub-bids and general bids. During construction, our construction manager and resident inspectors oversaw all aspects of the project and worked together with the contractor, the architect and the Town to ensure that the each component of the work was completed in conformance with the requirements of the contract documents. We assisted the architect in improving and enhancing early identification of potential claims; documentation of changes, claims and disputes; enhancing the ability to resolve change orders, claims, and disputes without resorting to litigation. We monitored the work, the schedule and costs throughout the entire construction phase and into the fit-out and final completion phases.
