KEI’s Claims and Change Order Analysts have vast experience in analyzing, estimating, and negotiating claims and change orders on many different construction contracts including buildings, airports, roadways, transit/railway, heavy/highway, utilities, site work, and many other types of construction. Our people have performed these services on contracts ranging to over $300,000,000 in value, and have been involved in analyzing claims up to $120,000,000 in claimed value. Our Contract Administrators/Claims and Change Order Analysts are experienced at analyzing both the cost and schedule components of claims and change orders. Our people have specific experience in performing pre-bid claims avoidance reviews of construction documents, and remain focused on claims avoidance throughout the construction process. Our people are experienced in analyzing and negotiating all types of claims and change orders including but not limited to differing site conditions, design changes, delays, accelerations, extended overheads, and lost productivity. Our people are well trained and experienced in interpreting contract documents, and always strive to reach fair and equitable settlements during negotiations. Our Contract Administrators/Claims and Change Order Analysts are astute at understanding and analyzing the detail of individual claims and change orders, while constantly keeping the "big picture" of construction contracts in focus. Our analysts have also been involved in numerous Disputes Review Boards.
