Construction Management

KEI’s Construction Managers have an average of twenty years of experience in the construction industry.  Our Construction Managers have specific experience in: management and oversight of the construction process as an owner’s representative; construction inspection; ensuring that work is constructed in accordance with contract requirements; quality control and quality assurance; safety; reviewing contractors’ pay estimates; coordinating and conducting meetings involving the owner, the contractor, designers, third party and other entities; analyzing and negotiating change orders; monitoring and managing the cost and schedule aspects of construction contracts; supervising and managing field staff; maintaining complete and orderly job records; and a myriad of other duties associated with providing Construction Management services.  Our Construction Managers have provided these services on many different building, site work, roadway, utilities, and heavy/civil construction contracts ranging in value up to $195,000,000.  Our Construction Managers work closely together with the owner, the designer, and the contractor to ensure that a high quality construction product is delivered on time and within budget.
