KEI develops a document control systems that allows for effective monitoring and control of the myriad of documents that are generated during the course of any project. Our document control system is a computerized database system which links all project information and generate status reports. KEI's system is devised to monitor and track the status of all project related correspondence, submittals, shop drawings, tests, requests for information (RFIs), claims, change orders, and as-built drawings. In support of the document control system, KEI works with the Project Manager to develop the required status logs during the early stages of the project, such as the correspondence log, the submittal status log, the shop drawing status log, the RFI log, the test log, and the change order log. KEI continuously monitors and updates all of these document control logs throughout the life of the project and provides periodic status reports.

Our document control systems track and report pertinent contract information, including original contract amount, change proposals, change orders, claims, shop drawings, submittals, correspondence, invoice, labor reporting and daily reports. KEI's document control system is accessible to all project participants thru standard desktop applications and customized to handle detailed query requests.
