Keville Enterprises, Inc. was selected by the MNE DOT to provide construction management and inspection services to ME DOT for its Regional, Urban Arterial, Bridge and Multimodal Programs. We supplement the Department’s staff and provide construction management, inspection, administrative and testing services on an as needed basis to ensure Contractor compliance with the applicable provisions of the ME DOT’s construction manual, highway design manual, state design guide standards, and the plans and specifications. We provided track inspection services on the Rockland Rail Line Project, and we are currently providing inspection services in connection with the $12 million Portland Waterfront Improvement Project.
