The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority has selected KEI as a prime consultant to perform independent cost estimating and scheduling services. KEI’s cost estimating assignments range from developing capital cost estimates for the MBTA’s construction projects to performing independent reviews and check estimates for project estimates developed by other consultants. KEI’s scheduling services range from developing program/project schedules for the MBTA to reviewing schedules developed by construction contractors. These services are being provided on a Task Order basis.
