Keville Enterprises, Inc. is providing complete construction management and inspection  services as the Owner’s Representative in connection with the construction of the new 130,000 square foot, $21 million Middle School for the Town of Dedham, MA.

 

During the design phase, our scope of services includes:

 

·         Estimating

·         Scheduling

·         Constructability and Claims Avoidance Reviews

·         MGL c. 149 filed sub-bid reviews

·         Assistance with the drafting of terms and conditions

·         Assistance with development of bid      alternates

·         Analysis of filed sub-bids and general bids.

 

During construction, our construction  manager oversees all aspects of the project and works together with the contractor, the     architect, Dore & Whittier, and the Town to ensure that the each component of the work is completed in conformance with the  requirements of the contract documents. We monitor the work, and analyze the schedule and costs throughout the entire construction phase and into the fit-out and final completion phases.
