Services Provided: Construction Management Services

Project Summary:

Responsible for management of all construction on very high profile special projects. These projects involved the installation of (2) rail spurs, (1) new 5 million gallon steel storage tank, (1) new $2 million gallon steel storage tank, (3) new 500,000 gallon steel storage tanks, the rebuilding of (4) steel tanks, associated piping, and (2) truck loading racks. The purpose of these jobs were to provide Sunoco with the ability to replace MBTE in their gasoline with Ethanol. The contracts were performed in the dead of winter in upstate Buffalo and Rochester as well as (5) sites in Pennsylvania.  The total cost of these projects were in excess of $20 million and they were brought in on-time and under budget.
 
Keville Enterprises, Inc. also provided Construction Management Services to Sunoco for their 12”, 24”, 26”, and (2) 30” Pipeline Relocations at the Philadelphia International Airport Expansion Project.  Our scope of services included direct oversight of all contractor activities from commencement of the contract until   contract   completion.   These  services  encompassed  the following  scope: ensuring  that  all  work  was performed   in  accordance  with  contract  documents;  verifying  that  all  work met the requirements of the established  criteria  and  applicable  codes  and/or  standards; attended all job meetings; maintenance of an orderly and complete job record system;  welding inspection;  direct oversight of materials tested and inspected;  quality assurance and quality control, as well as decision making responsibility and authority.  Our CM services controlled time, cost and quality throughout the duration of the project.
