Building Condition Surveys

Keville Enterprises routinely provides photographic and videographic Facility Condition Surveys. The purpose of these surveys is to factually document the existing conditions of facilities prior to the start of construction activities, and after the completion of construction activities. These surveys are performed in facilities which abut construction sites, to protect the project owner and/or contractor from potential claims from abutters for damage resulting from construction operations. We also perform pre and post blasting surveys in the same manner.

Photographic and videographic services can also be provided as part of preliminary design for a project, to factually document the physical condition and components of existing facilities.
