Certified Welding
Inspection
Keville
Enterprises, Inc.’s AWS (American Welding Society) certified welding
inspectors have performed visual welding inspection and
evaluation on numerous projects including: buildings; bridges;
various structures on civil, heavy, and highway projects;
commercial, industrial, and heavy piping systems (including pipes,
flanges, pumps, and fittings) in oil refineries, chemical plants,
paper mills, and power plants; railroad rails; pressure vessels;
storage tanks; aircraft; and ships. Our welding inspectors
possess multiple certifications and have completed extensive
training and course work. They have performed and evaluated
Ultrasonic Inspection, Liquid Penetrant Inspection and Magnetic
Particle Inspection. Their experience also includes
inspecting welds on specialized metal piping such as stainless, Inconel, and Monel pipe. They also have experience as piping
superintendents, piping supervisors, welders, and Quality
Assurance/Quality Control inspectors, and they are intimately
familiar with welding and piping codes, standards, and procedures. Due to their extensive knowledge, experience, and
expertise, they have also conducted training courses on metals and
welding inspection/oversight. Their experience also includes:
dimensional verification; receipt inspection of materials;
monitoring and oversight of fabrication and installation of
components to ensure conformance with plans and specs; and review of
welding qualifications and procedures. Several of our certified
welding inspectors are also NACE certified coatings inspectors,
which makes them a very effective and efficient option for
performing both types of inspections simultaneously, especially at
remote locations. Some of them are also ACI concrete inspectors,
and they also have experience in general construction inspection,
high strength bolting inspection, and waterproofing inspection.
